Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:As the Digital Site Merchandising Coordinator, you will work closely with the Digital Site Merchandising team to execute all Arc’teryx seasonal Ecommerce merchandise strategies. You thrive in a fast-pace environment and are able to support with product merchandising plans that balance brand storytelling initiatives with sales data to meet Ecommerce growth targets and brand platform goals. You will ensure our on-site merchandising supports our marketing and optimizes sales on the website. You are a detail-oriented team player with an aptitude for problem-solving, experience in digital merchandising, and excellent organizational skills. This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work.  Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. Meet Your Future Team:The Digital Site Merchandising Team is responsible for merchandising our category detail page, search, digital marketplace, and product campaigns that support our E-Commerce and Brand strategy across multiple regions, languages, and websites. We ensure the display, categorization, and taxonomy strategy evolves alongside business strategy and is optimized for all regional Arcteryx.com websites and apps.Is this role open to relocation support? NoWill there be Visa support? NoCan this job be hired remote? Yes, on Pacific Standard Time.If you were the Digital Site Merchandising Coordinator now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:! Support with asset management for marketplace environments! Review weekly sales, inventory and allocation reports to support digital campaign and merchandising initiatives! Support the execution of digital campaigns ! Support the digital merchandising across multiple regions and websites to align with marketing initiatives, inventory and sales strategies! Support with the email & paid strategies from a digital merchandising standpoint! Monitor in-season regional inventory and advise on product assortments for various strategies! Support in-season Arc’teryx content updates on digital and marketplace channels! Liaise with internal teams on content requirements, ensuring that product content is relevant for the sales channel while meeting brand guidelines! Improve the intake, prioritization and communication process for content edits and fixes from across the business! Proactively seek ways to streamline and improve processes and tasks! Assist with other projects as assignedHere are some of the things you could be working on in the future:! Develop a strong understanding of data structures and interconnectedness of digital platforms used by Arc’teryx! Buildling merchandising assortments for marketing assets, marketplace and emails! Proactively seek ways to streamline and improve processes and tasks.Are you our next Ecommerce Promotions Coordinator?! You have 1+ years of experience in digital asset management or digital merchandising ! You have excellent proofing skills with strong attention to detail! You are a strong collaborator who is able to work with individuals from a variety of business areas and technical levels! You are a proactive self-starter that can work effectively independently! You have strong organizational skills with some analytical experience! You have strong touch-typing skills! You are results-oriented! You have an ability and willingness to research and gain industry knowledge and best practices! You are able to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline driven environment! You have sbsic knowledge of search engine analytics and optimization! You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity! You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions! You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration!
