The Senior Brand Manager – Strategy and Sustainability, will lead the development and execution of our multiyear brand strategy and directly lead the Sustainability brand strategy. Working closely with a team of Brand Managers, cross-functional channel owners and regional leads, you will oversee how the brand strategy is developed for each key region and channel. **Please note this is a temporary role until Feb 2023, with the possibility for extension.**Meet Your Future Team:The Brand Team is responsible for connecting the dots between Product, Vertical, People and Brand to bring Arc’teryx to life in the most relevant way for our guests, focused heavily on our vertical channels. If you were the Senior Brand Manager – Strategy & Sustainability, now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:! Developing a multi-year brand strategy to win with our guests, partnering closely with Brand Managers, Product and Vertical! Working with a team of Brand Managers to prioritise the stories and campaigns that are best going to deliver our strategic choices! Serving as the hub and collaborative partner to the Product, Merchandising Marketing and Retail teams with respect to seasonal sustainability initiatives, partnering closely with the Director – Sustainability! Delivering clear briefs, messaging, and expectations to the Creative and Content teams to ensure visual language matches the positioning! Working closely with the Analytics function to track performance and inform future strategies! Representing Brand at key stage gates and be a voice for Brand with other departments and the Senior Leadership TeamHere are some of the things you could be working on in the future:! Building out our guest’s journey to ensure we show up at the right place at the right time with the right message! Driving the development of a multi-year brand strategy for all regions and channels! Partnering closely with Sustainability, Design, Merch, Vertical and Brand to create cross-functional alignment! Driving future season focuses across the organization by delivering actionable insights! Share information with the organization at internal stage gatesAre you our next Senior Brand Manager- Strategy & Sustainability?! You have a Bachelor’s degree in Brand, Marketing or a related field! You have 7+ years progressive and relevant brand and marketing experience! You are confident delivering coherent plans and have proven success implementing infrastructure to meet challenging objectives! You are flexible and resilient to shifting priorities with the ability to adapt and move on quickly ! You have strong vertical marketing knowledge, and strong understanding of the outdoor industry! You are a strong conceptual thinker! You are a strong leader, peer influencer and presenter! You have demonstrated good business judgment with an outside/in perspective! You are results oriented and able to meet tough deadlines in a project management role! You have exceptional oral/written communication and presentation skills! You have experience working and leading projects in a multi-cultural and multi-function (product, sales and marketing) environment! You have strong process-driven abilities and a passion for marketing! You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.! You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration! You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement.! Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it!
