You are a master of building platforms for people to be the best version of themselves and to perform at their best. Meet Your Future Team:The People & Culture team at ARC’One supports all people related initiatives, projects and day to day operations. The team of 5 includes a Manager, Business Partner, Generalist, Coordinator and Health and Safety Specialist.If you were the People and Culture Business Partner now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:! Seeking to understand every aspect of the business and as a thoughtful leader on people, culture and organizational topics. Creating a people strategy that builds amazing teams to exceed business objectives. ! Uplifting the overall leadership capabilities of the business through coaching and partnership. identifying key talent, succession planning, supporting recognition and rewards, developing objectives, performance management, organization design, workforce planning, learning & development, conflict resolution and terminations.! Identifying business and resource gaps, develop and gain alignment on effective solutions and implement improvements in partnership with the business.! Creating diverse and inclusive work environment where different backgrounds, culture and attributes are celebrated through collaboration with experts and stakeholders in EDI ! Contributing to special and cross functional projects as needed, including developing projects from scratch that solve organizational pain points.Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:! Partnering and supporting senior leaders (i.e. Director level or above) ! Taking on projects that transforms ARC’One’s people and business processes as Project Manager! Leading a team of direct reports to develop leadership competencies and skillsAre you our next People & Culture Business Partner?! You have degree in Business plus 8 years of progressive HR experience! You are great at influencing through strong relationships, expertise and data and can manage a complex group of stakeholders! You have highly collaborative style. Willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams as both a lead and supporting team member! You have strong leadership skills and experience! You have ability to coach, mentor, advise and where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal objectives! You have strong project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities! You have strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to analyze data, assess people, understand trends, and develop prioritized recommendations! You have strong listening and communication skills with an ability to communicate large complex change! You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done right and the next moment being part of highly complex business discussion! You have ability to quickly build an in depth understanding of the business, including key processes, priorities and plans! You have proven track record of developing and fostering rapport, trust and influence! You have ability to gather and analyze relevant people and business information to identify trends, build and improve business processes and implement improvementsOptional: ! You can speak a second language (i.e. Chinese, Vietnamese, Arabic, Persian, etc.)!
