Your opportunity at Arc’teryx:As the Materials Handler, you are responsible for supporting the Production Team to ensure all Materials (including Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods) are prepared, delivered, processed, monitored, and updated accordingly in a way that is consistent with quality expectations and production schedules. In this role, you will leverage on your organizational skills and process improvements to ensure complete and on-time transfer of materials to all stakeholders.Meet your future team:Planning and Scheduling Team supports the whole Production Team to ensure continuous and smooth production flow with high quality and on time to schedule. This team makes sure that there are enough high quality materials for production and finished products will be delivered to customers (Distribution Center) as scheduled.If you were in the Materials Handler role now, here are some of the core activities you would be responsible for: ! Receive and organize materials for transfer and processing in the ERP System! Perform material handling process, such as but not limited to, scanning of units for metal contamination, packing and placing necessary barcode stickers, prepare hang tags and other finishing RM for Production use, prepare and delivery of WIP to corresponding line! Coordinate with factory production team and planning and scheduling team to ensure timely delivery and scan out of  in our ERP System! Manage transfer of Finished Goods within ArcOne facility and to Distribution Center Receiving Team! Update monitoring system for all materials – RM, WIP, and  Finished Goods – and ensure accuracy of system inventory! Identify, investigate, correct, recommend measures and document potential problems to improve accuracy in finished goods monitoring and overall productivity! Support Planning and Scheduling Team with other duties when necessary! Other material handling activities required by SupervisorHere are some of the things you could be working on in the future:! Problem Solving and Process improvements for material flow! Using new ERP systems like SAP, Smartsheet, etc.Are you our next Materials Handler?! You have an undergraduate degree, preferably in business administration! You should have 1-2 years of industry experience in a similar role! You possess strong organizational and communication skills! Proactive and initiates action! Influencing and collaborating with various stakeholders! You have excellent attention to detail! You have excellent written and spoken English! You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration! You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement!
