Job Description
Job purpose: As B2X Group Sales Representative, you will manage relationships with our Professional and Corporate (B2X) customers to ensure successful exposure of the Arc’teryx brand and products to the professional and corporate markets. Your strong knowledge of the outdoor professional industry combined with your established network of relationships enables you to identify new opportunities and develop new B2X business in Europe.  Key responsibilities and accountabilities: • You are the in-house subject matter expert on Professional and Corporate group sales in Europe and are accountable for all B2X customers in the region • You promote and sell the benefits of Arc’teryx products and the B2X sales programs to existing and prospective customers (direct & reseller); create solutions-based presentations based on customer needs and present in-person or virtually • You develop short and long term sales plans for customers based on B2X commercial strategy and program guidelines to grow prospective and existing relationships into key accounts • You process orders with accuracy and timeliness, informing customers of customization options, pricing, credit and contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates or issues. • You seek to understand the order & fulfillment processes and collaborate with B2X sales support and the value added service (VAS) department to ensure accurate and timely delivery of group orders • You represent and promote Arc’teryx at regional trade shows, industry events and customer meetings in a professional manner to achieve sales targets • You maintain detailed account information and plans for your key accounts, utilizing this information to prioritize travel activities and marketing investments • You provide sales and market insight to the Senior Manager,Pro & Corporate Sales and Global Manager, Corporate Sales, and are responsible to ensure that information is shared in a timely, effective and efficient manner • You are responsible for providing sales and model forecast feedback on a seasonal basis to ensure B2X profitability, maximizing sales and minimizing inventory risk • You collaborate with Arc’teryx and Amer Sports external sales teams and commercial managers (Outdoor B2B/DTC, LEAF B2B/B2G) in growing Arc’teryx professional and corporate sales revenue and creating wins for the brand in Europe Additional experience, education and/or skills:• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field;  and at least 2 – 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the outdoor professional industry • You are an expert at establishing rapport and building credibility, in part by demonstrating an appreciation for solutions to the customer or prospect‘s business needs • Fluent in both written and spoken English, with fluency in an additional language such as German or French • You have effective and efficient time management skills, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills • You are able to travel regionally and internationally (trade shows, key commercial account visits, business development activities, etc.) • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity • You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement • You seek the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it Assets • Current/past involvement in the outdoor professional industry, as a guide or rescue team member • Fluency in two or more languages, with preference given to French and/or German • In-depth knowledge of Arc’teryx products, materials and manufacturing *Open to international applicants Apply for this job
