The European LEAF Territory Manager B2B is responsible for the commercial execution, ongoing sustainment and profitable growth of the European B2B sales and distribution channel.   Key responsibilities and accountabilities: • You are responsible for executing the B2B Global Commercial Strategy in partnership with the LEAF European accounts. • You are the main point of contact and subject matter expert for MIL-GOV-LE specialty single channel and multi-channel sales distribution in Europe and are accountable for the LEAF B2B customers. • You visit with and provide support to the LEAF European accounts for product knowledge sessions, tradeshows, special events, and dealer visits. • You partner with the LEAF Global Commercial Manager – B2B to conduct business development with B2B customers, and by providing deliverables or reports upon request. • You maintain contact with the LEAF European & Global B2G team to ensure that European accounts can leverage the full capabilities of the B2G channel if an opportunity arises. • You provide market insight to the LEAF Global Commercial Manager – B2B on pricing, program strategy, commercial account sell-in, and sell-through activities. • You are responsible for providing sales and model forecasts to Demand Planning • You provide sales insight to the LEAF Global Commercial Manager – B2B and are responsible to ensure that information is shared in a timely, effective and efficient manner • You are responsible for collecting and providing customer feedback as well as identifying regional MIL-GOV-LE consumer trends • You collaborate with the LEAF Dealer Service Team on order book management Additional experience, education and/or skills required:• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, 5+ years of account management experience and 2+ years MIL-GOV-LE sales or experience. Additional experience can be used in lieu of previously mentioned • Previous experience in the Tactical Industry and/or with Government Procurement is an asset • Fluent in written and spoken English, with additional language skills being an asset • You are able to align around common objectives, and foster commitment to these objectives • You have effective and efficient time management skills, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills • You are able to travel regionally and internationally frequently (tradeshows, sales meetings, account visits, etc.) • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing creative solutions • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity • You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement • You seek the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it *open to international applicants Apply for this job
