As the Digital Product Content Merchandiser you ensure the accuracy of ecommerce product content published across all Arc’teryx websites and apps. You are responsible for the maintenance of regionally-specific digital product assets (copy, photography and video) and other consumer facing content, ensuring alignment with brand standards. You are a detail-oriented team player.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
⏵ Plan and execute efficient workflows for seasonal product content flips across multiple regions, languages, and sites.

⏵ Responsible for extensive data entry of product content in various CMS platforms. This includes both copy and photo/video assets.

⏵ Follow pre-defined processes for the translation of website copy into several languages and contribute to the improvement of this process.

⏵ Assist in testing new functionality and provide feedback on bugs and issues for any new Content Management Systems developed by the Information Services Team.

⏵ Liase with Digital Asset Manager and Production team to validate formatting needs.

⏵ Execute seasonal website proofing and in-season product content needs from across the business.

⏵ Partner with Marketing leads to drive review submissions and coverage. 

⏵ Understanding of data structures and interconnectedness of digital platforms used by Arc’teryx.

⏵ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure product content is clearly organized, accurate, and relevant while maintaining global brand guidelines.

⏵ Streamline product launches, ensuring categorization and taxonomy are both accurate and optimized for all regional Arcteryx.com websites and apps.

⏵ Drive best-in-class online fit strategy online for all product categories.

⏵ Proactively seek ways to streamline and improve processes and tasks

⏵ Assist with other projects as assigned

Additional experience, education and/or skills required:
⏵ You have 2+ years of Digital Content and/or Merchandising Experience

⏵ You have a university degree in a relevant subject

⏵ You have strong organizational and analytical skills

⏵ Experience coding valid HTML

⏵ Proficiency with digital authoring tools such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator

⏵ You have an aptitude for learning and working with various web technologies

⏵ You are confident managing multiple projects and make timely decisions

⏵ You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions

⏵ You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity

⏵ You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
