The Visual Merchandise Leader helps the rest of the store team to provide the highest level of customer experience possible, while implementing visual merchandising guidelines.KEY TASKS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:Key tasksDeliver the brand experience and elevate customer care to be best in classQualify and assess what will truly benefit the customer based on their needs. Make customers for life, not just a salePromote team spirit and brand advocacyMaintain a strong understanding & descriptions of current productWork with the Visual Merchandising team to submit Visual Merchandising (VM) reports and pictures on a rolling calendar, and notifying them of any broken or damaged VM materials or fixturesReceive feedback and make adjustments as needed to drive sale and improve visual impactBe THE key driver of season change over within the timeframes givenTravel to new store openings and assist with merchandising of the new shopParticipate in staff training and store events as requiredMaintain knowledge of current store stock availability on the sales floor and in backroomsActively maintain store appearance, keeping merchandise stocked and organized, while ensuring that the store itself is clean and well presentedOperate POS system and process sales transactionsAssist with inventory counts when requiredAssist with re-stocking and pricing duties, including sale preparation as requiredMinimum job qualifications1-3 years visual merchandising experienceKnowledge of Amer Sports products or outdoor equipment and outerwearPrevious retail or customer service experienceParticipation or an interest in activities we make products forStrong command of spoken EnglishWilling to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends, evenings, holidays, and special eventsAbility to travelPhysical demands & working environmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
