Dealer Service Representative for Norway, Denmark, Greenland Job in Garching, BC

Job purpose: ! As the Dealer Service Representative, you provide exceptional service to all customers, while being primarily responsible for providing sales and service support for Dealers and Territory Representatives.Key responsibilities and accountabilities: ! You proactively manage the order book fulfillment process to ensure company’s financial goals are met ! You support various departmental initiatives, including providing mentorship to new Dealer Service Representatives! You acquire intimate knowledge of Arc’teryx products and technologies! You acquire broad knowledge of service procedures across all customers (e.g. Consumer, Pro/Corporate, Employee)! You facilitate the process between dealers and our warranty and accounting departments! Respond professionally and promptly to all customer enquiries/requests (telephone, fax, email)! You identify opportunities for increasing sales (e.g. add-ons or up-sells)! You proactively assess customer needs and provide excellent service ! You help to coordinate the timely delivery of orders! You provide support to sales representatives and work closely with the Nordics Sales Zone ManagerAdditional experience, education and/or skills (required):! You are a Norwegian native speaker ! You have highly effective verbal and written communication skills ! You are proactive and comfortable communicating with customers via phone, fax, email ! You have strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills ! You demonstrate attention to detail, including accurate data entry skills! You are proficient in Microsoft Office! You have the ability to work well independently and in a team! You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions! You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity! You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration! You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement!
