Job Purpose:
⏵ Fulfill complex contracts in order to ensure consumer satisfaction and the profitable growth of the global B2G sales and distribution channel.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
⏵ You are accountable for fulfilling awarded contract deliverables within the agreed specifications, terms, and conditions
⏵ You provide support to the Global Commercial Manager – LEAF B2G in developing complex contract opportunities, producing business cases for resource and capacity assignment, preparing bid packages, and negotiating post-award contract details
⏵ You complete bottom-up analysis of project hand-off documents, including copies of the executed contracts and draft project plans for the purpose of planning seamless fulfillment
⏵ You form cross-functional project teams comprised of internal and external stakeholders with the capabilities and capacities needed to fulfill on contract commitments
⏵ You finalize and execute comprehensive project plans and lead cross-functional team members through planning, execution, maintenance and renewal or disposition activities
⏵ You identify ongoing fulfillment risks and develop and apply mitigation strategies throughout the contract term
⏵ You seek to understand design, development, supply chain, logistics and after sales support processes and systems in order to successfully partner with commercial, supply chain, product, warranty and customer service stakeholders
⏵ You optimize contract management life cycle procedures, processes and systems based on research, ongoing education, and insight gained through the normal course of work
⏵ You maintain KPI standards to support sustainable long-term business growth and development
⏵ You partner with Global Commercial Manager – LEAF B2G in proactively developing and enhancing effective long-term working relationships with international and domestic value chain partners and consumer counterparts
⏵ You support the Global Commercial Manager – LEAF B2B by contributing to B2B business development activities
⏵ You maintain all aspects of LEAF B2G contract management in the appropriate information systemsAdditional experience, education and/or skills (Required):
⏵ You have a bachelor’s degree in business and/or 3+ years’ experience in specialty apparel project/program management
⏵ You are proficient with project management methodologies and have working experience with applicable software (e.g. Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Visio)
⏵ You have working knowledge of Microsoft’s Office Suite of applications (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams/Skype)
⏵ You have experience with ERP and CRM systems
⏵ You set a clear vision, align your cross-functional project team around common objectives, and foster commitment to these objectives
⏵ You have effective and efficient time management skills, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills
⏵ You are able to travel regionally and internationally (trade shows, key commercial account visits, business development activities, government offices, etc.)
⏵ You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing creative solutions
⏵ You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
⏵ You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration

⏵ You have 3+ years’ MIL-GOV-LE service experience and/or 3+ years’ MIL-GOV-LE procurement experience
