As the Manager, Channel Marketing for EMEA you lead and inspire a team focused on Trade Marketing, Key Account Marketing, Visual Merchandising, In-Store Excellence. You are responsible for implementing global GTM strategy that is anchored in supporting an omnichannel consumer experience, across wholesale distribution channels in the EMEA region. You manage the EMEA Go-To-Market (GTM) process for Channel Marketing  by ensuring that sell-in support and sell-through activations are on time, on budget and implemented in alignment with omnichannel business strategy.Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
⏵ Own EMEA implementation of the Global GTM Marketing strategy (sell-in, sell-through) at Channel Marketing level in alignment with EMEA Regional Commercial and Marketing strategies.
⏵ Develop Key Accounts marketing plans with the regional commercial team on key channel marketing tactics, aligned with Joined Business Plans to deliver bespoke channel marketing activations at Attract, Engagement, and Conversion levels across physical and digital spaces.
⏵ Spearhead and incentivize the Marketing Development Fund programs aligned with sales terms and marketing performance KPIs with Premium Partners and Leading Accounts, and closely monitor quarterly forecast.
⏵ Pitch back Global Marketing Operations team, Creative team and Global GTM  to calibrate regionally relevant marketing resources and assets.
⏵ Build, coach and guide a high performing channel marketing team towards the delivery of consumer centric seasonal campaigns to both branded spaces and multiple brands wholesale environments and that parallel the brand’s Direct-To-Consumer first GTM strategy.
⏵ Spearhead  the expansion of visual merchandising and assortments programs.
⏵ Analyze and report the GTM plan performance (ROI, plan and tools relevance, marketing budget, etc.) at Key Accounts, Premium Partners and Leading Accounts
⏵ Present seasonal in-store excellence plan for EMEA wholesale branded spaces -  Partner Stores, Shop-In-Shop, Engagement Zones - including but not limited to: Regional Budget, Strategy, new projects sequencing and current locations maintenance, and Calendar at each seasonal Commercial Marketing Meeting.
⏵ Monitor In-Store Excellence KPI’s to elevate consumer experience and sales performance / conversion.
⏵ Leverage EMEA contents and assets across retailers’ channels through a close cross-departmental collaboration with Sport Marketing, PR/Media and Community.
⏵ Interact with local sales organizations to implement the Arc’teryx in-store marketing strategy, merchandising and programs.
⏵ Nurture strong and close relationships with business partners, commercial teams and global marketing stakeholders.
⏵ Support and participate in all key launch events specific to EMEA (community events, sales meetings, trade shows) Additional experience, education and/or skills required:
⏵ Bachelors degree in a related field, 8+ years progressive marketing experience operating in a leadership role for 2 years, preferably at brands with strong ethos within the outdoor equipment/ premium apparel / footwear, lifestyle.
⏵ Confidence developing coherent strategies and implementing GTM at wholesale and retail level
⏵ Strong B2B / wholesale channel and trade marketing knowledge
⏵ Track record of strong project management leadership, channel marketing and financial management
⏵ Excellent planning and organizational skills with solid ability to prioritize issues and drive desired results in fast paced, dynamic environment.
⏵ Experience in leading, motivating and a managing a team.
⏵ Track record in contractually dealing with creative agencies, vendors and contractors.
⏵ Attention to details and creative sensibility.
