As the Retail Operations Coordinator for 3rd party models, you will be responsible for setting up 3rd party models in the company’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) & POS (Point of Sale) systems. 3rd party models consist of retail supplies, POP, and goods produced by other companies. You collaborate closely with the cross functional retail teams to ensure we have the right 3rd product(s) available to ship/sell to support the needs of our retail business. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
⏵ Setup 3rd party models in TAS (our internally built ERP), SAP, and our POS systems following instructions by the retail & commercial teams.
⏵ Maintain data integrity, regularly audit all pricing & costing information.
⏵ Run reporting to monitor on hand inventory & forecast future needs.
⏵ Work with existing vendors to place regular PO’s.
⏵ Negotiate pricing with existing vendors and look for new vendors as per business needs.
⏵ Work with the logistics and warehouse teams to plan resources & space requirements.
⏵ Assist with other retail operations projects as needed in the following areas: Logistics & Inventory, Retail Support, HR, Communications, IT & SAP, Training, Events, etc. Additional experience, education and/or skills required
⏵ You are very detailed oriented, with a focus on documenting processes.
⏵ You have solid business acumen with ability to manage a budget.
⏵ You have previous experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP S4 Hana, CEGID, or similar
