As a CRM Marketing Coordinator, you will support the tactical implementation of email, app communications, and other customer relationship management (CRM) executions. You will support the CRM team in executing campaign-level Omni-channel plans in support of base marketing team goals and objectives, helping to implement process improvements.Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
⏵ Setup and manage push notifications, in-app messaging, email communications and other CRM-related communications.
⏵ Assist in improving and documenting CRM processes and email/app best practices
⏵ Localize and version HTML files for supported countries and languages
⏵ Exercise your skills in project management, HTML/CSS, and Adobe Photoshop/XD to drive the tactical implementation of the CRM program
⏵ Assist in execution of seasonal programs/campaigns including versioning and coding
⏵ Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates and other aspects of execution
⏵ Consolidate information from various sources to maintain calendars and status documents that keep stakeholders informed about CRM communications.
⏵ Review, proofread, and refine copy to adhere to brand standards, maintain best practices, and ensure the communication is correct and error-free.
⏵ Monitor results to ensure they are tracking against business goals, raising the flag to the CRM Lead as needed
⏵ Support the CRM Lead by providing recommendations on program innovation including A/B testing, new campaigns/programs, etc.
⏵ Support the CRM lead in day-to-day email/direct channel program management including regular importing of subscriber/customer data and the set-up, testing and deployment of campaignsAdditional experience, education and/or skills required:
⏵ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications
⏵ 1-2 years’ experience in CRM, campaign management, or email/mobile app marketing.
⏵ Knowledge of HTML/CSS, including best practices and rendering troubleshooting
⏵ Knowledge or willingness to learn UX design for email, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD
⏵ Interest in learning new skills that will support the future the success of the CRM program
⏵ Understanding of customer lifecycle and ability to apply insights to marketing campaigns
