Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:The E-Commerce Product Content Merchandiser ensures the accuracy of e-commerce product content published across Arc’teryx websites and apps. You are responsible for the maintenance of regionally specific digital product assets (copy, photography and video) and other consumer facing content, including two User Generated Content Programs ensuring alignment with brand standards. You will play a key role in supporting the digital site merchandising team with seasonal merchandising builds and weekly maintenance. You are a detail-oriented team player, problem solver, and confident in communicating with cross-functional teams. Meet Your Future Team:The Digital Product Content Merchandising team acts as the gatekeeper for all product content on the website for all brands. We partner closely with developers, designers, copywriters, photographers, UX and the larger digital merchandising team to ensure our content is accurately captured and communicated across multiple regions.If you were the E-Commerce Product Content Merchandiser now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:• Plan and execute efficient workflows for product drops across multiple regions, languages, and websites• Own data management of product content in our Product Information Management tool, including both copy and photo/video assets• Liase with Digital Asset Manager and Production team to validate formatting needs and in-season asset updates • Execute seasonal website proofing and in-season product content needs from across the business• Partner with Marketing leads to drive review submissions and coverage. • Maintenance of two User Generated Content (UGC) platforms in alignment of Brand Standards• Support to the Digital Site Merchandising Manager with site merchandising for website launches and weekly maintenance including QA support of campaign and landing page initiatives• Weekly monitoring and maintenance of search rules• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure product content is clearly organized, accurate, and relevant while maintaining global brand guidelines• Proactively seek ways to streamline and improve processes and tasksHere are some of the things you could be working on in the future:• Working with our vendor partners on UGC and Instagram content to help manage and enhance content• Support with rolling out a new product information management (PIM) tool and support our team in utilizing the program  • Supporting with asset and video management Are you our next E-Commerce Product Content Merchandiser?• You have 2+ years of Digital Content and/or Merchandising Experience and a university degree in a relevant subject• You have strong organizational skills with an analytical eye but also enjoy the creative and visual aspect of product content merchandising  • You have experience using Product Information Management (PIM) software • You have experience working with User Generated Content programs • You have experience coding valid HTML• You have proficiency with digital authoring tools such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator• You have an aptitude for learning and working with various web technologies• You are confident managing multiple projects and make timely decisions• You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions• You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity• You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration• You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement• You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right• Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living itApply for this job
