Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:As an After-Sales Operations Coordinator, you play a key role in building and maintaining a robust operations foundation for Arc’teryx to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Collaborating with a diverse range of teams from across the company, we help realize the key perspectives of global service teams through project management, data analysis and on-going operational support.If you were the After-Sales Operations Coordinator now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:• You are responsible for coordinating, leading and delivering a wide variety of projects• You are responsible for documenting processes and providing recommendations for continuous improvement• You coordinate raw material inventory for repair, including procurement, organization and international distribution• You support and collaborate with other teams on topics which include (but are not limited to): end-of-use product, product returns feedback, procedures related to customer experience, and replacement parts inventory• You are responsible for hosting digital or in-person presentations, meetings and training sessions for processes, new tools, procedures. You prepare detailed meeting notes and agendas and maintain organized project recordsHere are some of the things you could be working on in the future:• You collaborate with service partners to identify opportunities, provide recommendations, implement, and roll-out changes• You support the global implementation of our new case and repair management software, including (but not limited to) testing, workflow mapping, documentation of reference and training material, troubleshooting and training coordination• You take responsibility for being the main contact for questions, technical issues, and initiatives, as well as the regional subject matter expert regarding internal teams and external service partners• You help expand service and repair capabilities into new regionsAre you our next After-Sales Operations Coordinator?• You have a post-secondary education and 2+ years in a cross-departmental coordination role• You have experience balancing customer focus with long-term strategic goals and operational constraints• You have experience multitasking many projects at once, with a diverse range of responsibilities, and are effectively able to adapt to changing priorities• You are a change management champion, and pride yourself on your ability to engage and communicate with diverse stakeholder groups• You have excellent communication skills and are confident at distilling complex information in an easily understood, actionable way• You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions• You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity• You have strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint)• You are able to travel (domestically and internationally) as required• Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living itDesign your Purpose.
