Is to lead new hire training, focusing on product knowledge and selling and service tools and techniques! Is to provide training and in the moment coaching and feedback in order to encourage professional development and growth ! Is to seek to continuously evolve and elevate the in store guest experience, in partnership with store leadership and brand partners! Is to support with additional projects that build community and enhance employee experienceIf you were in this role now, here's what you would be doing:! Ensuring the full team is up to date on all training and service guidelines ! Positively communicating store and company policies and strategies! Updating the team on sales, KPIS, targets, and the status of goals on a regular basis! Interacting with guests on the retail floor, providing product education and an exceptional guest experience to each individual ! Opening and closing the store as required and providing leadership to the teamAre you this person?! You have two or more (2+) years of retail sales and training experience! You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to team members and guests! You love what you do and love to educate others! You have outstanding oral and written communication skills, and a deep understanding of your impact ! You are self-motivated, and enjoy problem solving! You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity! You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration! You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement!
