You will bring major seasonal campaigns to life in the retail environment, work on new store openings, the future of our retail, and how to bring the brand to new markets. You are at the centre of all work that connects retail with brand, creative, global brand retail experience and you bring insight and guidance to partners in all of these areas of the business.   Meet Your Future Team:You will work as part of the Brand Operations team – a collaborative group of Project Managers, Producers and Operators responsible for defining and evolving process and leading creative teams to the successful delivery of campaigns and projects. You will work in close partnership with all levels of the Retail and Brand Management teams.  If you were the Senior Project Manager, Brand Operations - Retail now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:• Champion and evolve processes, tools, and workflows between the Brand + Digital, Merchandising, Omni-channel, and Retail departments and with other key stakeholders as necessary• Engage relevant stakeholders of all levels at the right time to ensure full project awareness and enrollment along with successful execution • Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders across the organization both globally and regionally with a key focus on building an in-depth understanding of the retail environment• Provide critical insight to briefs and steer multiple projects from kick-off to on-time delivery, including scope of work, project plans, budget, resource allocation (internal and external), reviews, on-going status updates, quality assurance, and debriefing • Support oversight of the creative services team day-to-day priorities and align them with the Brand + Digital PMO • Work cross-functionally to gather information and content, acting as central point of contact to stakeholders on all Retail related projects • Be the bridge between local retail marketing leads and brand guidelines, and manage resulting creative projectsHere are some of the things you could be working on in the future:• Collaboration with our China teams (in North Vancouver and in Shanghai)• Working with the Creative Director and Senior Manager, Brand Project Operations to build out the skillsets and team needed to live into the vision for the future of Arc’teryx retail stores • As this is a growing area of the business that has been identified as a strategic priority, the future of this role could include people management depending on future business needsAre you our next Senior Project Manager, Brand Operations – Retail?• You have 5+ years of Brand Project Management experience, preferably with a vertical retail and/or global brand• You have 2+ years of experience in a marketing or brand strategy role• You are able to lead, plan and deliver multiple projects at one time and oversee work schedules and calendars across various resources• You have strong knowledge of creative project team management and experience working with production vendors • You remain highly flexible, thrive in ambiguity and work well under pressure• You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration• You are comfortable working with, or learning new, project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Monday.com, Box.com)• You are passionate about clear communication, workback schedules, and collaboration• You think ahead, ask strategic questions and, most importantly, you value relationships and have fun in your work• You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement• You seek the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right • You are comfortable managing stakeholders of all levels and facilitating complex decision-making• You are responsive and action-oriented while ensuring alignment with our core strategic pillars and brand guidelines• Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living Design your Purpose.
