Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:As the Product Data Specialist, you will manage and ensure accuracy of both the seasonal line list and our sales sampling process. You are the central point of contact for our product master data you serve as the gatekeeper for our detailed product range information in our business systems. You also oversee our sales sample planning and budgeting, and the communication of our seasonal range updates. In this role, you will work in collaboration with cross-functional Product teams to meet product creation timelines and downstream requirements of master data. Meet Your Future Team:The Product Operations team optimizes the intersection of product, supporting through cross-functional teams to improve alignment, communication and processes around the product. We build a foundation for excellence through reinforcing product strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting and reporting.If you were a Product Data Specialist now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:! Serve as the subject matter expert for product master data, and ensure accuracy across systems! Manage the line list data; execute and track product range changes, maintain seasonal model attribute completeness and accuracy! Guide business teams in what product data is needed, for which purpose at each point in our calendar, for all product types, working proactively with them to resolve data issues! Coordinate the pre-season and in-season sample process! Act as the central point of contact for sample requirements and allocation working cross-functionally with various departments! Generate, report on, and maintain sample budgets and forecasts! Facilitate and manage product data stakeholder engagement, building close relationships with business teams, and lead change management initiatives! Continuously build systems knowledge, serving as the subject matter expert on the functions of Smartsheet, Centric, and the systems they integrate to! Provide user support by analyzing, documenting, prioritizing and solving incidents reported by Centric users, TAS, SAP, or for other systems the team supportsHere are some of the things you could be working on in the future:! Identifying and recommending new processes, tools, or systems solutions that are aligned with company goals! Analyzing business processes and collaborating with cross-functional users to define process improvement areas and help maximize efficiencyAre you our next Product Data Specialist?! You have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with a focus on Product Development and Manufacturing data and processes! You have previous experience working in systems (Smartsheet, PLM, SAP, Excel, SQL or other)! You pose a high level of analytical and critical thinking! You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of stakeholders! You have excellent communication and influencing skills ! You have the ability to explain, articulate, and document concepts, business processes, systems and business requirements efficiently! You have confidence in communicating and collaborating amongst large and diverse audiences! You have the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities! You have a willingness to improve your skills independently in new technologies and solutions! You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions with an unwavering commitment to do what is right! You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity! You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration! You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement!
