Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:Our next Sales Planning Specialist will support the accurate planning, reporting and analysis of our regional wholesale business. You will play a key role in the submission of budgets and forecasts, ensuring that these are delivered on time through your ability to organize, prioritize and execute to deadlines. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to critically think and act in order to optimize current processes, as well as drive their future evolution.   Meet Your Future Team:The Financial Planning & Analysis team at Arc’teryx is responsible for providing leadership with the information they need to review past performance, understand business trends, and anticipate future profitability and financial position. Through review of historic financials, variance analysis and KPI tracking, FP&A advises leadership on key investment decisions and performance improvement.If you were the Sales Planning Specialist now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:! Develop and maintain sales plans for the wholesale channel, in collaboration with regional teams! Load forecasts into planning systems! Reconcile and ensure data integrity across all financial planning and reporting systems! Perform variance analysis and work with allocations teams to ensure alignment of order releasing to plan! Monitor ongoing trends and performance against sales plans, providing analysis and insights to commercial leadership to facilitate decision making and action! Support the preparation of sales budgets and forecasts! Support the preparation of materials for weekly and monthly sales reviews! Provide support as required to retail and e-commerce planning teamsHere are some of the things you could be working on in the future:! Support the evolution of sales planning workflow and tools! Develop your analytical skills, providing data-driven insights and recommendationsAre you our next Sales Planning Specialist?! You have experience working with sales & financial planning systems! You can confidently navigate reporting and project management software, such as PowerBI and Asana! You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions!
