Nixon is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Nixon Customer Service team. We operate in a fast paced, fun, and high-growth environment. The right candidate will be customer service oriented, energetic, organized, and excited to be part of a team that is a leader in its industry.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS //
• Manage a high volume of phone and digital inquiries (100+ daily).
• Demonstrate great phone etiquette and a strong level of enthusiasm when interacting with customers.
• Analyze and report customer call information to identify key business opportunities and maximize calls answered rate.
• Respond promptly and courteously to email and social media customer support responses.
• Provide excellent customer service with developed product knowledge information.
• Use strong problem solving skills to find creative solutions to customer issues.
• Support and effectively communicate Nixon’s warranty policy and repair service process to customers.
• Assist customers with technical support and provide solutions to service issues.
• Provide knowledge related to Nixon web site offerings and product availability.
• Report any web enhancement opportunities to the online team.
• Monitor the accuracy of transaction information related to sales orders, returns and service orders for efficient processing.
• Preserve sales order integrity by managing revisions and cancellations to ensure orders are ready for allocation by requested ship dates.
• Collaborate with transportation companies to help resolve shipment refusals and product delivery issues.
• Support and actively achieve department KPIs
• Be a brand advocate.
• Cover front reception area as needed.
