We are in search of a part time Office Assistant to execute general office operations in an organized and efficient manner. This position will be responsible for receiving, responding to and distributing communications in various forms (phone, email, social media, etc). The candidate will work remotely from their home office.
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Order entry, report generation and various account and order analysis
• Must have a home home office/workspace and be able to work independently
• This is a part-time position, so about 20 hours a week
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Calendars, Social Media platforms
The ideal candidate will have an Outdoor or administration background, bring at least 1 year of previous experience in a professional office environment or have a strong retail background. Candidate must be DETAIL ORIENTED with respect to order entry and order reconciliation.
