CFL West is looking for an ERP Project Manager to join the team in Santa Fe Springs, Ca.
Responsibilities:
• Updating all internal and external project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Setting and continually managing project expectations with development team and management
• Partner with 3rd party support team to develop user-training plans, technical support documentation, and in some cases training delivery
• Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
• Provide support and solutions to all ERP related issues encountered by the employees
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager working in technology related fields, with deep functional and hands on experience in a relevant technical environment
• Knowledge of application design & development, relational databases, Microsoft products, networking tools, ERP systems, PCI compliance, SQL, and working with a variety of billing, inventory, and/or shipping tools
• 2+ years of experience in an Agile environment
• Experience working with A2000 is a plus
• Warehouse management, Distribution, or Logistics systems experience a plus
• Cross functional project management experience
• Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to manage Client expectations
• Experience in rolling-out and long-term support of complex ERP systems/applications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Highly self-motivated and able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
