Job Description:
The marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the Cuater brand within TravisMathew. The marketing manager will need to develop a deep understanding of the Cuater brand and Cuater customer to ensure all marketing efforts stay consistent and on brand. This role will cover a broad range of marketing endeavors and as a result is best suited for a highly competitive and well-rounded individual able to learn quickly and adapt to daily challenges. This individual will also need to be a creative thinker that is self-sufficient and acts with an extreme sense of urgency and takes extreme ownership in all responsibilities.
Essential Functions:
• Facilitate and control all major marketing tasks, projects and plans.
• Assist in the creative direction and inspiration for seasonal themes, photoshoots and campaigns.
• Manage social media marketing campaigns and day to day activities. Create, curate and manage all content published through Cuater’s social media channels.
• Work closely with TravisMathew marketing team including the graphic designers and developers to:
• Manage, maintain and update the visual aspects and copy of the Cuater website.
• Email planning, development and execution.
• Manage online and social advertising.
• Work closely and develop long term relationships with our current group of Cuater athletes, influencers and collaborators.
• Create target lists and go forward plans to attain new impact athletes, influencers and collaborators.
• Assist in the development and production of all fixtures, displays, signage and promo items.
• Support the national accounts sales team to drive sales through various marketing initiatives.
• Provide detailed reports which include suggestions for improvement for all marketing plans with a focus on social media, online advertising and email marketing.
