Job Description

Overview:

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all inbound callers and outside visitors and responsible for maintaining all common office areas and providing general office support.

Essential Functions:

o Welcome on-site visitors and announce/direct visitors to appropriate individuals
o Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate individual or department
o Answer questions about the organization and provide callers with general information
o Update and manage a shared “ticketing” customer service system
o Order office supplies and maintain designated par levels
o Book, coordinate and maintain all conference rooms
o Manage and maintain the organization and cleanliness of all common office areas
o Assist Executives with projects/tasks, as necessary
o Perform miscellaneous clerical and administrative duties as needed or assigned

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining professionalism
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to handle multiple telephone lines in an efficient, timely and professional manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality
