Job Responsibilities:

The Corporate Store Sales Coordinator (at our headquarters location) is focused on managing and maintaining the sales and service experience for our guests, and coaching/developing the sales team to provide a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. This role has an added focus on driving business to our “appointment only” VIP store, developing creative ways to connect with the surrounding businesses and community, and building repeat business through hosted events and shopping experiences.

The headquarters store is open Monday-Friday from 11am-530pm.

The Corporate Store Sales Coordinator role is comprised of four main areas of the business:

• Sales and Service
• Business Driving/Entrepreneurship
• Visual Presentation Management
• Operational Excellence

Sales and Service
• Create a friendly, approachable, and inviting environment for all guests
• Acquire, teach and utilize in-depth knowledge of all on floor products
• Understand and communicate product performance and functionality
• Achieve sales goals through the deliverance of an exceptional guest experience

Business Driving/Entrepreneurship:
• Build and oversee clientelling program to manage and track client performance
• Develop programs to connect with the client and surrounding businesses, and build brand loyalty
• Manage in store event and CRM activity to reward repeat business
• Establish and manage internal programs to promote employee engagement through friend and family connections.

Visual Presentation Management
• Ensure execution and maintenance of all visual standards
• Execute floorset moves as directed by District Manager
• Partner with allocations department to ensure product selection and inventory levels are maintained

Operational Excellence
o Manage guest and staff schedules
o Manage inventory receiving, replenishment, transfers and returns efficiently and accurately.
o Proactively lead and manage store loss prevention efforts and awareness, driving shrink to less than 0.5%.
o Oversee execution of physical store inventory, in partnership with District Manager.
o Maintain store organization and cleanliness
o Maintain physical condition of store and communicate maintenance needs in a timely manner
o Enforce all company policies and procedures
