Job Description

Overview:

The National Accounts Assistant operates as an assistant to the President, Sales Manager and Assistant Manager of National Accounts with daily tasks and requests, including but not limited to: reporting, placing orders, assisting with projects, assisting major accounts with daily requests, assisting with email and projection organization, merchandising, etc.

Essential Functions:

• Provide assistance to President, Sales Manager and Assistant Manager of National Accounts with any and all requests and projects
• Provide BI reporting information specific to Manager and President’s needs.
• Provide administrative support to all Major, Online, and Off-Price Retailers including product information requests, images, samples, set up sheets, etc.
• Coordinate and track all Majors and online refill business, previous year’s sales, and YTD sales
• Track and coordinate shipment of all fixtures to Major accounts; including sales after fixtures have been shipped.
• Attend and assist President on various merchandising meetings.
• Merchandise local key Majors locations bi-monthly to TM standards
• Create and photograph floor sets and mannequin outfits for each delivery for PGATSS and other Majors.
• Attend local and domestic tradeshows, PK sessions, and events as needed.
• Coordinate seasonal welcome packages and buyers gifts for Majors
• Learn and assist with the Major’s SMU process and products.
• Organize and prioritize President’s emails on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Sales oriented with strong prospecting, selling and closing skills
• Engaging presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel multiple times a year for appointments and tradeshows
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities while maintaining the highest level of quality, detail and sense of urgency
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
