We’re looking for a Vacation Specialist!
This position answers all inquiries regarding Mammoth Resorts products and services, and provides one-stop shopping for all vacation needs including lodging, air and all winter and summer activities.

Mammoth Vacations is a multi-channel Contact Center with the Vacation Specialist being the first line of contact for Mammoth's guests. Agents may be involved with outbound sales campaigns and other special projects as required.
Inquiries and reservations are made via telephone, email or online bookings. Our typical work week is four, 10-hour days with 3 days off. We offer a fun, fast-paced, team environment with a variety of opportunities for advancement. This is a great entry-level job that will provide sales and marketing experience and allow agents to build or add to their resume while having a great time hitting the slopes, earning a solid wage and working with a fun group of like-minded individuals.

High school graduation or equivalency is required. Previous sales and/or reservation experience and knowledge of the Mammoth Lakes area are preferred. Experience with Microsoft Word and other Windows-based programs and familiarity with web-browsing software are helpful. As a prerequisite, candidates must have a strong command of the English language with emphasis on proper grammar and pronunciation and understandability, specifically while using the telephone.
An outgoing personality, which is animated and energetic along with a proven track record of making logical decisions with an emphasis on problem solving, resourcefulness, and expediency are all important qualities of ideal candidates. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of dependability and responsible behavior in previous employment.
