Incipio is in searach of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the team in Irvine, CA.
General Summary //
Incipio LLC is one of Orange County's fastest growing and most dynamic companies! We are looking for an energetic and passionate Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing People Operations (formerly known as HR around these parts) team, working directly with our HR Generalist. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral role supporting the recruiting function, and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
Duties and Responsibilities //
• Assist in the coordination and administration tasks of filing, shredding and inputting employee data
• Provide talent acquisition support to one or more brands within the Incipio Group
• Assist in creation of new hire welcome bags and packets
• Assist with requisition creation and candidate status management within ATS
• Assist with pre-screens and interview scheduling
• Assist with the new hire process, run background checks and file results
• Provide admin support to the team
• Work within the ATS to complete onboarding paperwork for new hires
• Assist with onboarding and orientation tasks from initial meetings to submitting new hire packets
• Assist with any follow up communication to candidates ie interview confirmations, directions to different offices, scheduling conflicts or switch requests from managers
• Assist with new hire follow up emails regrading benefits, employee discount, employee email signature, HR systems etc.
• Assisting with open enrollment for benefits, creating informational packets
• Assist in assembling onboarding packets for new hires
• Data enter new hire information into payroll and time and attendance systems
• Additional duties as assigned
