Carve Designs is a beach inspired brand that designs and sells Swim, Active and Lifestyle clothing for women. We are based in Sausalito, California and sell to specialty retailers around the country. The eCommerce and Wholesale Customer Service Lead will interact with our direct customers and wholesale sales team providing information in response to product inquiries, orders, shipping and returns. Job Responsibilities include but, are not limited to:
- Manage all aspects of orders from order entry to customer receipt
- Track and resolve shipping errors with carrier and warehouse
- Answer high volume email, chats and phone calls
- Provide consistent superior service to all customers
- Handles complaints and provides appropriate solutions to ensure resolution
- Provide customer QC feedback to Design and Management team
- Support and assist Carve Sales and Internal Team
- Develop a knowledge of products offered to ultimately increase sales
- Show a sense of urgency and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Assist Sales Director with distribution of Rep Samples and other product when necessary
- Periodic travel required to attend trade shows, sales meetings or customer visits
Salary is based on experience.
