About the job
Founded in 2003 Carve Designs is a beach-inspired brand that designs and sells Swim, Active, and Lifestyle clothing for women. We are based in Sausalito, California, and sell to specialty retailers around the country. We have an energetic, yet relaxed work environment and are looking for someone to join our Customer Service team to support our wholesale business. This position is remote.
The primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service for our Wholesale Accounts. Specific responsibilities of this person include:
- Managing our EDI business
- Assist Sales Reps
- Manage all aspects of retail customer orders from order entry to shipping
- Track and resolve shipping errors with carrier and warehouse
- Develop knowledge of products offered to ultimately increase sales
- Show a sense of urgency and demonstrate accuracy, efficiency, and courtesy

- Is open to a flexible work schedule of 32-40 hours minimum.
Salary is based on experience.
