Job Summary
The LS&EC Project Manager is an active support member of the Large Store and Emerging Channels Leadership Team supporting the day-to-day coordination, organization, management, and timing of all active projects, meetings, and administration across the landscape covered by the greater LS&EC Team.
The LS&EC Project Manager must be professional, organized, an effective communicator, and have a proven ability to coordinate, move forward, and help complete projects on the assigned timeline. Their main responsibilities focus on the organization of project details and follow up actions that optimize project outcomes. They are accountable for ensuring that all projects are delivered successfully and meet / exceed expectations: on time, on budget, and error-free optimizing all aspects of Monster Energy LS&EC businesses.
The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple concurrent projects, employ effective project management skills, and will need to easily adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment where cross-functional coordination is necessary. The candidate should be an objective leader connecting all project stakeholders through positive and respectful interactions that move the project(s) forward on time.
Project Management
Coordinate and organize the management and flow of all projects and workstreams in Large Store and Emerging Channels to ensure planned and forecasted deliverables happen
Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings
Work with and manage all cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, NPD, Supply Chain, RGM, IT, Finance) involved in projects and workstreams so that their needed contributions are delivered
Ensure that progress is being made on projects and workstreams as planned and drive accountabilities so that all timelines / due dates will be achieved by all project stakeholders
Troubleshoot and generate work around solutions for all possible project delays and issues
Organize and run scheduled meetings with other LS&EC Project Managers, Coordinators, and Specialists to collaborate on all project build outs, deliverables, goals, timelines, and progress
Weekly update meeting with CCO to report status of all projects and identify gaps to be addressed
Lead regular cross-functional team meetings to ensure information is shared appropriately with LS&EC and Cross-functional leadership teams
Understand and work with all data sources across LS&EC that is used with Retailers to effectively manage the business (i.e. LS&EC Connect, Weekly Nielsens, Stackline, 1010, 84.51, Market 6, Retail Link, SAP, VIP, Salient Margin Minder, EYC Shopper 360)
Build Topline Weekly Reporting update that captures topline shipment, depletion, sales and share trends for Total LS&EC business down to the Channel / Customer level
Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, organizational charts, special projects reporting, project flow charts, and other documents in support of all LS&EC business
Prepare and manage expense reports in Concur business travel and expense management system for LS&EC Department and CCO
Maintain LS&EC Leadership Calendar daily for optimal organization and meeting coordination

Experience Required
4 Year Bachelor's Degree

3-5 years Project Management experience with eligibility for the PMI certification exam
