Position Summary:
This role will identify, plan, organize, lead, and ensure all aspects of various cross-functional projects are completed on time and meets the strategic objectives as determined by Management.
Essential Job Functions:
Manage the implementation from initiation to deployment of strategic initiatives that span multiple external/internal functions
Develop detailed plans for all aspects of projects from specific tasks, timeline, communications, resources, budget, changes, risks, and/or issues
Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned and directly supports the strategic objectives
Manage the day-to-day activities and resources to ensure projects are progressing according to timelines
Lead cross-functional team meetings and provide status updates regarding project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues
Set and continually manage project expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate cross-functional team members
Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, and critical path deliverables
Establish and/or improve practices, processes, templates, policies, and tools to expand these capabilities for the organization
Other duties as assigned
