Job Description
Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Associate, CX is a leader of our brands’ content and digital experience. This person will support planning and production by managing a content calendar and drive analysis for all digital content marketing and digital experience. They will serve as connective tissue between cross-functional marketing teams to ensure our digital content and experience work is working together to provide measurable performance. The role requires someone who is well-organized and a creative critical thinker with a background in project management and digital content development.

Essential Job Functions:

Day-to-day assistance of content planning and production for digital marketing across web, social and related channels.

Manage content calendar by communicating with key teams such as Social, Web, Email, and Brand to maintain cohesive timelines.

Project planning for experiential digital engagements such as AR/VR, web tactics and other forms of experiential digital marketing.

Project management of all UX-UI strategic initiatives in coordination with the Marketing Technology, Website, Data, Brand and Creative teams.

Work closely with internal team to meet agreed-upon project timelines regarding content

Manage usage of project management systems for continuous and clear communication, vendor assignments and meeting milestones.

Be an idea generator/thought leader on how to earn attention, inspire action and foster loyalty with our brands’ consumers, fans and visitors.

Communicating with cross-functional Marketing teams, primarily the Brand, Global and Marketing Ops teams to regularly discuss goals and deliver results.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing-related fields such as Communications, Media Studies, Marketing and Advertising, Business or other.

Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience within marketing disciples, including digital media and content development.

Minimum 1 years in project or team management in relevant areas of marketing and

Knowledge of current digital media trends & emerging

Experience working successfully on high-profile strategic partnerships and

A strategic thinker, excellent collaborator with a track record of working to successfully implement ideas that deliver measurable impact.

Must be focused, self-motivated, results-oriented, detail-obsessed and able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $42k - $65k
