Position Summary:As Monster Energy continues to expand its global distribution, Monster’s Supply Chain is becoming more complex. The primary function of this role is to act as an organizational liaison and a facilitator for the Supply Chain to ensure its tactical supply decisions for a new products and/or new markets are appropriately reflected in the setup of SAP.A successful candidate in this role seeks to understand, clearly communicates and effectively collaborates cross functionally to reach an agreement on how SAP is to be set up. This requires gathering system set up approvals various business unit owners. A positive outcome would result in proper documentation, accurate reporting and efficiently transacting the respective new products and/or locations.Essential Job Functions: • Act at the liaison with all departments responsible for authorizing SAP Material Master Data. • Act as a liaison for the company for outside vendors Material Master setup • Ensure all business units agree on new SAP process to be set up. • Review and seek approval for new plant/storage location requests within SAP (Facilitate all testing and set-up). • Partner with SAP team on new process issues related to Material Master Data • Upon request, provide general assistance with SAP projects and business systems processes • Train employees on operational systems • Create & Maintain SOPs for new systems • Create & Maintain SOPs new processes • Create and Maintain New Process signoff template for all items and business parties responsible for approving SAP set upPosition Requirements: • Excellent Collaborator • Candidate should be extremely analytical and detailed-oriented • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization exists • Ability to prioritize, plan, execute and work with minimal supervision • Ability to quickly adapt to a rapidly changing work environment • Expert in the use of analytical computer software (i.e. excel and access) • Strong working knowledge of SAP cross functional processes
