Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager – Customer & Retail is at the forefront of our efforts to deliver impact with our key Retail customers. This person will manage all planning and execution for content and media campaigns with our key Customer Marketing accounts in collaboration with the Digital, Brand, Creative and Customer Marketing teams. They will be the connective tissue between Digital Marketing and Customer Marketing to ensure every tactical execution is done well and generates the desired impact. This role requires someone with background in digital marketing, media management, performance measurement and a good working knowledge of retail / e-commerce / DTC marketing.
Essential Job Functions:
Understand brand marketing plans and integrate with Brand team in continuous effort to meet objectives.
Align with Brand, Customer Marketing and Field Marketing teams to ensure there is continuity across all channels with digital marketing campaigns, from first to final touch in the consumer journey.
Execution of marketing and merchandising priorities for Monster Energy on e-commerce and Retail customer digital marketing touchpoints such as, but not limited to, Amazon, Jet.com, Wal-Mart, Target, Instacart, etc.
Management of tactical plans for digital marketing on all e-commerce and retail customer-related platforms including keywords and product descriptions, visual assets and consumer journey architecture.
Maintain the digital marketing and media calendars across all key accounts.
Manage day-to-day communication both internal w/ cross-functional stakeholders and externally with key account teams and related partners, vendors or other entities.
Draft and maintain clear plans per campaign and project, across all Customer accounts where applicable.
Draft and merchandise performance measurement in collaboration with Marketing and Sales, aligned to cross-functional objectives for each team.
Maintain a strong understanding of digital media best practices, legal guides and other information that ensures Monster remains consumer-first in its approach to digital marketing and aligned to legal.

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business, and/or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience including content development, media planning and measurement.
Experience with CPG or beverage industry is strongly preferred.
Solid working knowledge of major e-commerce media, including but not limited to social media, Amazon marketing, Google, Target and Wal-Mart.
Knowledge of current digital media trends & emerging platforms.
Must be focused, self-motivated, results-oriented, detail-obsessed and able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well and communicate within a team as well as externally.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to think critically and creatively, and able to clearly present new ideas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
