About the job
Essential Job Functions:
PrePress Background with proper file setup methodology.
Setup and adapt products to different dilines for worldwide products and brands. Boxes, Shipper, Trays, Cans, Bottles etc.
Prep final before files delivered to Can production houses, spot color / file structure.
Uphold graphic standards and help to increase efficiency within production team.
Communicate deadlines and requirements to traffic managers.
Expedites the inevitable “rush jobs”.
Work though a digital proofing and project management system.
Ability to learn and use 3D software to render Cans/Packaging.
Position Requirements:
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in packaging and labeling. Familiar with Digital proofing systems. Efficient with workflow of print production projects. Prepress Background a huge plus. Expert in Illustrator and Photoshop in a Mac environment.
LEADERSHIP CHARACTERISTICS
Organizationally Savvy and can-do attitude. Proactive and organized, facilitate workflow of production projects.
EDUCATION
College degree and/or relevant Prepress experience.
