Position Summary:
The Associate PM, NPD works as part of the project team led by the Project manager but is responsible to project manage certain sub projects. The main responsibility of the role is to manage secondary packaging artwork involving the creation, specification development and the proofing with external vendors of secondary artwork. The role is also responsible to manage the GS1 membership for the markets to generate the basic data needed for all new SKUs. The Assoc. PM is also responsible to provide organization and task management around the activities to set up the bill of material in SAP and material for commercial retail set up.
The position is responsible for project navigation and leading teams through critical checkpoints. The ideal candidate should employ effective problem solving and should be able to easily adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment where priorities shift from day to day. The candidate should be an objective leader representing cross-functional team members by connecting through positive and respectful interactions. Be approachable, listen actively and stay open to new ideas.
