Position Summary
The Marketing Execution Team’s purpose is to Enhance MEC’s go to market plan
around the company’s Marketing Partnerships and Brand Initiatives. This role is focused on ensuring we leverage, maximize, and commercialize all MEC marketing assets within the Business Unit. The purpose of the program is to:
• Ensure the successful planning, execution, and recapping of marketing programs
• Support event focused and/or marketing specific sales initiatives
• Execute Marketing, Commercialization and Bottler retail priorities while in market
• Event Activation assistance for Marketing events, on-site and in market
• Track and Recap successes while in market

Essential Job Functions:
Marketing
• Align with Field Marketing Team & Business Units to understand and prioritize Big Bet initiatives
• Plan, coordinate and organize with Field Marketing, Consumer Engagement Teams as well as Events on the execution of event logistics
• Coordinate with all appropriate parties to plan and execute Marketing Blitzes
• Assist with on-site execution of events, including but not limited to:
o Assist in set-up and breakdown for marketing events
o Host customers/clients at events as needed
o Support Customer Engagement Team at events
o Manage event ticket disbursement as needed
Sales Execution
• Working with Commercialization and Field Marketing, prioritize and plan around market specific initiatives
• Partner with Commercialization Teams to integrate pass through programs into Bottler activities
• Support a 360 Marketing Plan process
• Align with Channel Team, Field Marketing or other program stakeholders to support market activity and facilitate fulfillment of in-market programs
• Align with Field Execution Director, BU Commercial and BDMs to provide target lists and surveys for tracking progress, as well as determining success metrics and sales goals
• Communicate, coordinate and track marketing program element execution at retail
• Recap marketing program plan execution
• Assist in executing determined Sales/Marketing initiatives within the market alongside the internal MEC Sales Team and MEC Bottling/Distribution partner
• Complete program recaps

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in Business or Marketing
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs when required
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must reside in WBU, preferably officing out of Corona
