Position Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our REIGN BRAND team. You will work closely with the entire REIGN Brand Team, focusing on the execution of marketing programs and campaigns, as well as special events developed by the REIGN Team

As the Project Manager you should be able to perform day to day brand operations & strategy for REIGN™ Total Body

Essential Job Functions:
Project Manager will have several Roles and Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:

Oversee and accrue Brand Team annual budget

Coordinate logistics for Brand Team events and programs

Keep Brand Team up to date and on task with all assigned projects and deliverables

Manage development, production, and inventory of Brand dealer loaders, gear, equipment, etc.

Responsible to submit and manage stages & gates for all Brand legal contracts (APTTUS and 3rd party agency)

Submit and manage all Brand invoices through AP and 3rd party agency

Assist and support handling of Brand Athletes and Ambassadors

Brand Team gatekeeper and liaison to all other MEC departments – strong ability to navigate throughout MEC

Care for program materials and assets provided by MEC i.e. (laptop, phone, printer, inventory, equipment, etc.)

Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with all colleagues

Have a sense of urgency and respond in a timely manner to Brand General Manager and fellow teammates

Position Requirements:

Experience with lifestyle marketing, social media, sponsorships, and event marketing.

Proven work experience in an office or corporation

Computer proficiency (MS Office, digital editing, web search and databases)

Excellent writing & organizational skills

Ability to follow strict deadlines and fact-check information

Ability to be a self-starter & proactive in initiating and completing tasks

Good observation, follow up tactics, and able to multi-task

Broad knowledge of Marketing strategy & Branding

Have obtained or be working towards a BS/BA degree in Marketing/Business Administration or relevant field

Ability to travel 10% of the time
