LIRA Clothing Inc fast-growing apparel company based in Anaheim, CA. The company owns multiple brands being sold into many of the world’s largest apparel retailers. We are looking to hire individuals with passion, positive attitude, great judgement, strong initiative and ownership of their responsibilities.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

LIRA Clothing is looking for a full-time Production Coordinator to work on Men’s Apparel. This position will support the management of LIRA Clothing & private label production for major retailers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing W.I.P /tracker and working closely with product development and tech design on approval status of swatches, lab dips, strike offs, fit approvals and PP approvals.
• Managing all purchase orders including entering PO’s, submitting to factories and tracking incoming shipments
• Be in communication with vendors for each PO and updating WIP with factory dates
• Updating WIP with up to date information including ETA dates for submits, approvals and/or rejections, etc.
• Receiving incoming packages and distributing to appropriate production/product development/tech design team member
• Updating order report including entering all on-order sku’s, PO’s, LDP dates, etc.
• Reviewing all PP’s/TOPs for proper trim/labeling
• Reviewing and issuing approvals on all care label layouts, hangtags, labels and packing instruction against established customer requirements
• Assist in creating submit forms for private label submissions to client
• Prepare submissions for private label clients including swatches, lab dips, strike offs, PP’s for approval and review with design, development.
• Send approval/rejection comments to factories and follow up on resubmits.
• Communicate daily with domestic, and international manufacturers to ensure product specifications, quality standards, and deadlines are met
• Collaborate regularly with Partners on sourcing and product development.

Minimum educational level:
• High school degree or equivalent

Minimum experience:
• 3-5 years’ experience in apparel production management

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Must fully understand the garment-manufacturing process to ensure compliance to all lead times
• Brand and private label production experience highly preferred
• Knowledge of fabric, Knitted, Woven, cut and sew, printing techniques and materials.
• Highly organized, self-motivated and detail oriented
• Excellent follow up skills
• Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in apparel production role
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Full-Circle preferred, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Must be flexible with the ability to self-manage and handle multiple projects at once in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and knowledge of CAD a plus but not required
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin a plus!
• Travel maybe required
• Knowledge of tech pack development, garment construction, and measuring is a plus
