WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for Marketplace Operations (MPO) Process Lead who will be responsible for managing order book and providing appropriate, accurate data, service and highlighting risks & opportunities to internal and external stakeholders. The role will communicate with partners & channels as daily activities and develop, maintain positive relationships with them.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
•Responsible for order book health and integrity for Nike strategic partners
•Provides premium order management services in alignment with APLA services strategy
•Manages and executes orders against account plans in partnership with cross functional teams
•Provides premium service and monitors daily activities on behalf of account on E2E operation flow.
•Ensure adherence to policies and standard processes that drive efficiencies and are audit compliant
•Engage and work with cross functional teams to improve Nike accounts inventory productivity thru health order book.
•Create order management framework to enable future business model with APLA MPO operation functions.
•Ensure and execute against efficient order management processes to plan/deliver seasons by maximizing orderbooks.
•Play an active role as one team with partners and internal stakeholders.
•KPI management

You will collaborate daily with various internal business functions & external Nike partners- MPUs, logistics, Demand Supply Management (DSM), and Finance, to provide information for business decision making through related meetings.
This position will also communicate closely with Strategic Partners and collaborate with them to serve their business growth.
