WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a SEA&I - Go To Market Activation & Experiences Specialist to join our regional team in Singapore. In Partner Go-To-Market (PGTM), we exist to serve the integrated marketplace by innovating and enabling a digital GTM future & delivering best class service to athletes• . We are committed to providing a tiered end-to-end (E2E) GTM experience across the integrated marketplace. Our GTM Specialist performs activities to administer and support the Marketplace Units (MPUs) and is also accountable for territory cross-functional alignment, budget preparation/monitoring, CODE communications, selling tools, etc. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize tasks, work independently and solve problems with a smile.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
• Establishes GTM strategies and execution excellence to the One Nike Markeplace (ONM) CODE gates (GGP, SKO, SPA, CSI) through evaluation, measurement and cross-functional feedback.
• Enables and drives consistency in tools and processes across Genders and functions to ensure GTM improvements and excellence.
• Work with other functions to support efficient and effective processes. Ensure GTM sales capability development and best practices adopted that enhance the sell-in process. Virtually manages teams and projects from initial scope through execution.
• Own the E2E process of Digitally enabled showroom and samples management.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You’ll be the point person for the SEA&I GTM activation and experiences and report to the Director - PGTM. Daily, you will be supporting a large, diverse team of MPUs and the various cross-functional teams. You will also be actively engaging with your Geo counterparts to collaborate and deliver GTM excellence in the territory. This role also involves managing outside suppliers and vendors in Singapore as well as our countries. People appreciate your ability to be resourceful in the face of ambiguity and find solutions on your own.
