Position Summary
Biz merch is one of the role which most close to our digital consumer and seeing a full picture of digital commerce. We are looking for a Nike APP Business Merchandising Manager to join Nike Direct Digital Commerce team. Reporting to biz merch director of Nike owned platform, this role will be leading and managing Nike APP biz merch team to build up the best digital journey, user experience and merchandising strategies based on data insights, also understand the impact on product selling and platform business.
From day-to-day journey optimization, campaign (like 618 & Double 11) journey planning, seasonal Nike APP journey strategy to long term site journey road map, you will work with platform team, CDM (consumer direct marketing) team, digital studio and global team. So this role requires a highly collaborative abilities to develop effective X-functional relationships with in the matrix organization, build up the best process. The role will also lead some special projects like personalization.
At same time, requires strong logical/strategic thinking and data analyzing abilities. Not only willing to execute but also looking into the opportunities to plan ahead. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the digital world, our digital consumer and Nike brand. In summary, you will be the key to drive digital journey and UX success and big contributor to Nike APP business.
