WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for an RPA Analyst. This role is part of WHQ Finance CoE, Finance Transformation & Strategy organization, which delivers automation solutions using RPA and other technologies to improve productivity and quality across business functions.
This role is responsible to provide support for all bots developed and deployed into Production to-date. The candidate must have good experience in RPA Automation Anywhere environment, and basic programming skills in HTML, Javascripts or in any other scripting languages. The person should also have process architecture and improvement experience, good analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and be self-motivated.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
Automation Support & Delivery:
* Will actively monitor and provide Level 2 Production Support resolving risks, issues and initiating corrective action plans as appropriate
* Analyze complex problems/situations proposing simple solutions as well as communicating the same to business process owners
* Triage RPA issues, identify root cause, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders as part of the resolution
* Work closely with development teams and supporting technology groups to drive improvements and problem resolution
* Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes)
* Ensure compliance to policies, procedures, and internal controls
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Engage with business functions to capture requirements and provides updates as required.
* Provides ideas for automation solutions.
* Solves technical problems related to automation.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
This role is part of the WHQ Finance Automation CoE within Finance Transformation and Strategy Organization. This role will work closely with:
* Line management to Finance Leadership Team
* Business functions in Finance across Geos
* Other functions - Market Place Ops, Supply Chain, Trading Cos etc.
