Responsibilities:
· In collaboration with the line manager, support to establish short-term and long -range goals in innovation programs to achieve platform vision and mission for Nike Tmall
· Work with line manager and key counterparts to develop and deliver and execute successful program ideation, planning, team mobilization, resource allocation, end-to-end implementation and iterations
· Drive personalization initiatives for implementation, covering all Tmall stores with expanding to multiple touchpoints to drive conversion & enhancing retail fundamental capabilities; Daily manage the personalization both for normal days and key moments
· Be responsible for databank and strategy center tagging optimization and collaborate with Tmall to execute timely to benefit the overall business goal
· Manage consumer trend reviews by defined cadence (weekly/monthly/quarterly/618, D11) to inform the growth opportunities and key consumer shifting behavior to better inform the business decisions and future actions
· Collaborate closely with Tmall on consumer related projects, including category captain, TMIC to explore new growth opportunities
· Be responsible for the daily operation and key moments management of O2O, GWP projects
· Bring innovative and entrepreneurship to the team and continue to explore new opportunities within Tmall and Ali-ecosystems;
