What You Will Work On
As the leader Shanghai city 365 experience team. You will be responsible for creating the Shanghai 365 Experience strategy, leading the team to implement a steady cadence of experience (sport & community) at Shanghai city key platforms, to create value for consumer and members and drive distinction amongst platforms (retail/community/sport venue). You are also charged with cultivating and engaging more community partner to bring more athletes and communities into Nike’s ecosystem. You will work with cross functional marketing team and store field team to ensure the experiences deliver key brand/product narratives in an engaging way that brings members into Nike’s vast online ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the 365 experience team in Shanghai, driving Test & Learn (establishing and executing learning agendas).

Job Responsibility:
* Create value for consumers in Shanghai with a regular and predictive programing cadence, connecting consumer at mind-sets, community locations & Nike retail to drive distinction amongst our platforms online to offline.
* Own the community & channels and maintain regular conversation with key partners. Create community engagement activities
* Activate Store activation by adaptation & localization of the guideline from GEO store marketing guideline & retail concept.
* Be the key extension of GEO marketing team to connect with Shanghai consumers, feedback market insights and support marketing campaign lands in the city.
