WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our dev team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
The candidate needs to have excellent communication, leadership, team work and development/design skills. The candidate should be able to innovate solutions for complex enterprise level architecture requirements and should possess multitasking ability.
The candidate is expected to relocate to Bengaluru.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be working with Retail Commerce Foundation team in India and performing design, development, testing, deployment and prod support activities along with coaching others in the team on best practices to use and clarify technical/domain related questions.
The technology stack shall be either in NodeJs/React or Java/SpringBoot or both. Deployment will be in AWS cloud either on servers or as serverless services.
A typical day looks like 70% of development work including both hands-on and design, 10% in meetings and the 20% in helping other team members.

You will work with a team of Engineers, Scrum Master, Engineering Manager, Product Owners and other dependent teams to envision and deliver innovative, seamless solutions that enable Nike, Inc.’s products and services to reach millions of consumers through the Nike brand.
There will be daily interactions between our teams in Bangalore, India and on need basis with teams and POs located in Nike EHQ and WHQ.
