Job Responsibility:
Strategy Development:
- Participate in defining marketplace fulfillment strategy with high-value business initiatives.
- Collaborate with external account partner team and internal commercial team to generate valuable insights on inventory plan, allocation and replenishment, and outlook judgement to facilitate business strategy formulation.
- Drive collaboration and sync with all related functions to map out the strategy initiative objective, scope and identify the portfolio and master plan.
Project Management:
- Lead projects with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project results delivery.
- Proactively establish and manage the project schedule, priorities, resources, and cost. Identify and call out the risk timely and drive the project team to figure out the solution for alignment.
- Lead the presentation to leadership team about the project status update on regular basis.
Operation and application management:
- Collaborate with the account operation team to continually optimize the load and fill in process and results through timely support with data and tool preparation, regular review and upgrade the ways of working.
- Participate in the regular operation review for existing tools and applications, understand the business request and process changes for translating them into the system enhancement ask.
- Work with tech team to incorporate business enhancement request into PI planning process, identify the business value and drive the resource for the implementation.
