In this role you will be responsible for driving Nike.com and Nike App channel Marketing visions and strategies to transform our brand into the most sophisticated, athlete focused, digital brand in the world. You will bring best-in-class brand and commerce experiences to life for the consumer, delivering member and commerce growth across Flagship channels.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will serve as an integral member of the Consumer Direct Marketing team and Consumer Direct Digital Marketing team to lead and implement an accelerated digital offense to establish Nike.com/Nike App as the pinnacle destination for everything Nike, inspiring Members to keep coming back.

As the Nike.com/ Nike App lead you drive the seasonal and 365 projects, delivering marketing plans and creative in support of brand and business objectives. You will deliver seasonal and daily 13-week Nike.com and Nike App engagement plans featuring priority product, experiences, and stories. You will plan the seasonal and 365 creative and production briefs to inform development and delivery of channel right content to match consumer intent and experience needs that ladder up to your 13-week plans.

You act as subject matter expert of the Nike.com and Nike App platforms, providing deep knowledge of the digital capabilities to maximize the channel to elevate the consumer brand experience and drive member engagement and retention.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

This role requires functional partnership across your consumer direct marketing teams to co-develop O2O marketing plans to enable connected journeys across the ecosystem.

You are a key partner to our Consumer Brand Management team and Nike Direct business teams to ensure brand architecture project plans reflect progressive, effective digital strategy.

There is close partnership with the business teams, analytics, and Insights team, to deliver and input regular marketing performance analytics. Understanding and applying analytics will improve the way we communicate and connect with our consumers, promoting a test-and-learn, iterative marketing culture.

This role requires collaboration across the Nike matrix; Global, Geo, and in city teams to deliver and execute plans across brand and business objectives.
