WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a Gender Planning Sr. Manager for the Greater China Jordan Brand team.

You are someone with the following skills:

•Strategic Mindset: Think long-term, simplify and solve problem

•Functional acumen: Experienced in Brand Management strategy, Strong understanding of GC’s Sports and Entertainment industries

•Communication: Effective storyteller (especially simplifying complex information)

•Process Rigor: Ability to drive work to impact (end-to-end, to output, etc.)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Driving Strategic Offense for GC Jordan Athletes -
* Build out annual & CSR plans for Jordan athletes across genders
* Work closely with Gender Brand Leads & Sports Marketing to actualize the athlete plans in seasonal brand campaigns and activations
* Work with Gender Merch/Brand and Global Product to identify and establish clear athlete product opportunities/roadmap

•Establish Catalyst Offense for GC Jordan -
* Work with Global and GC Catalyst team to identify and build out distinct Catalyst roster for GC Jordan
* Build overarching Catalyst strategies and plans for each catalyst
* Work and coordinate with Consumer Direct Marketing and Catalyst teams to support key launches and activations

•Running and Supporting Jordan Gender Offense
* Assist and support in long-term planning work: AOP / CSR / LPA
* Be the bridge for key gender-led cross-functional projects across merch, brand, insights and marketplace
* Working closely with Brand Planning Ops to drive alignment throughout the Code

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to Senior Director for GC Jordan Mens, and be an integral part of the entire Jordan Gender Teams across Mens, Womens and Kids. You will work closely with Brand and all their sub-functions: Brand management, Consumer Direct, Sports Marketing and Catalyst Brand.

WHAT YOU BRING

•8+ years’ experience in a creative, fast-paced & complex environment, ideally with experience across multi-national brands.

•Proven ability to shape with consumer insights and industry trends into actionable strategies.

•Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive alignment across matrixes teams.
